By using the Namesake Stories Alexa skill or mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

Namesake Stories provides AI-generated, personalised bedtime stories delivered via the Namesake mobile app and Amazon Alexa skill. A Namesake account is required to access personalised story content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Namesake account. The Alexa skill and app are intended for use by parents and caregivers to entertain children. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute Namesake's content or technology.
Provide false information when creating a child profile.
Use the service in a way that could harm other users or minors.

4. Content

Stories are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and educational purposes. We do not guarantee that all generated content will be error-free or suitable for every audience. If you encounter content that you believe is inappropriate, please contact us immediately.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of Namesake Stories require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase within the app. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within the Namesake service is owned by or licensed to Namesake Stories. Generated stories are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Alexa skill or the accuracy of AI-generated stories.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namesake Stories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
